for the premium and there will be an additional charge

the $39.99 processing fee.
Q: When
will my insurance be effective?
It depends on how you pay.
Paying by credit card: If
you pay by credit card on or before the 20th, your coverage
will begin the first day of the following month. If you
pay after the 20th coverage will begin on the first day
of the second month thereafter..
Paying
using all other forms of payment:
If you enroll
before the 15th, your coverage will begin the first day
of the following month. If you enroll after the 15th,
your coverage will begin on the first day of the second
month thereafter.
Q: How
is the processing fee billed? (Together with the annual
payment or separately?)
